Accounts Receivable Specialist
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
Location: Maitland, FL (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing
• Maintain customer account ledgers and ensure accurate posting of AR transactions
• Process and apply customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards
• Reconcile account activity and resolve discrepancies as they arise
• Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain supporting documentation
• Generate AR reporting, including collections tracking and updates
• Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Assist with additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications
• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills
• Experience with accounting systems; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently within a structured environment
