Key Responsibilities of The Staff Accountant:
The Staff Accountant will prepare accurate and timely financial statements and assist with ongoing financial reporting
Manage journal entries and perform account reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial data
The Staff Accountant will maintain and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards
Support month-end close activities to ensure deadlines are met and reporting is seamless
Work closely with the Controller as the Staff Accountant, providing analytical support, insights, and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications of The Staff Accountant:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Experience as a Staff Accountant or in similar accounting roles involving financial reporting or general ledger management
Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial data
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges as a Staff Accountant
Target Compensation: 65k -85k
