Collections Specialist


We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to support a fast‑paced collections function. This role focuses on managing past‑due accounts, resolving balances, and maintaining professional customer relationships.


Responsibilities:



  • Perform outbound and inbound collections on assigned accounts

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve past‑due balances

  • Arrange payments and follow up on commitments

  • Document collection activity accurately across systems


Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of collections experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail‑oriented with solid follow‑up skills

  • Professional, composed approach to collections

  • Experience working in a high‑volume environment preferred
