Collections Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to support a fast‑paced collections function. This role focuses on managing past‑due accounts, resolving balances, and maintaining professional customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound and inbound collections on assigned accounts
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve past‑due balances
- Arrange payments and follow up on commitments
- Document collection activity accurately across systems
