CNC Machinist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to perform precision machining operations.
Adjust CNC machine feeds and speeds as required
Understanding of G and M code for machining
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machining processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience operating CNC machinery.
Strong understanding of machining practices, materials, and tooling.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

This is a permanent position based out of Wyckoff, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
