About the Role
We are looking for an EHS Specialist to support safety operations in a regulated environment (medical/biotech/pharma). This is a hands-on, floor-based role focused on promoting a strong safety culture, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain active floor presence to support daily EHS activities
Identify workplace hazards and drive corrective/preventive actions
Conduct safety inspections and assist in incident investigations
Provide real-time coaching on safe work practices
Support behavioral-based safety programs
Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety regulations
