We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Biller/Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and finance or accounting, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring that all deals are properly processed, contributing to the overall success of our dealership.
Responsibilities
Review and verify all automotive sales deals for accuracy and completeness
Calculate and input deal costs, including taxes, fees, and other charges
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records of all deals and related financial transactions
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices a plus
