Position Summary
Provide Construction Project Management services to include construction contract administration, project management, customer service, and project development. Coordinate sub-contractors, material suppliers, and UNMC Shops to assure that quality, budget and schedule requirements are met. This position is essential to UNMC, as it supports the effort to provide the highest quality education and research space for students, faculty, patients, guests, and staff.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. (Will consider seven years related education/experience)
Required Experience
3 years of related construction management experience with construction projects in excess of one million dollars. (Will consider seven years related education/experience)
Required License
No license required.
