looking for a resource with 10+ years of experience with Fusion HCM benefits module. I need a technical resource.
The resource can be remote and working US Eastern time.
I need this resource to be able to have good communication skill and attend stand ups and interact with the business on issues.
One of our core requirements is demonstrated experience supporting
Benefits & Compensation , specifically:
•
Open Enrollment Activities :
o Setup of Programs, Plans, Rates, and Benefit Groups
o Loading data required for OE activities
o Building new Extracts and Fast Formulas & Working with Business and Vendor teams bridging the gap as a techno functional expert.
•
Compensation Cycle Support :
o Year-End Compensation processes
o Experience with Goals and Performance modules for Compensation Integration.
