Business Analyst
for a long-term contract opportunity in
Cary, NC.
*Pay: $45/hr on C2C
*Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Mandatory weekly meetings onsite 2-3 times a week)
*Interview Type: Phone/Video AND ONSITE
Responsibilities:
Develop cross-functional workflows, policies and procedures and comprehensive process maps.
Define user stories and establish acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional (technical) requirements
Define acceptance criteria and estimating the size of stories
Determine whether acceptance criteria have been satisfied
Adopt various Agile process including but not limited to: SCRUM, Kanban, and Lean Software Development
Share best practices and improve processes within and across business units
Gather and document business requirements for current and proposed processes
Develop project scope documents and other related business case analysis materials from project ideation through implementation.
Keep up with new technologies such as Salesforce
Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for staff engagements: design, MVP, pilots, and production deployments
Interact with the staff and team to build solutions

Requirements:
Shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst
Shall have a minimum of one (1) year experience in building business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user stories to build requirements.
Proven expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and translating business process needs into technical requirements
Ability to absorb and synthesize information from various outlets and develop a set of requirements
Experience with project tracking software (example: Cloud Coach)
Ability to manage projects or serve as a Business Analyst on a project managed by others
