Summary
The Senior Analyst - Port Operations Support position will be responsible for continuously editing, analyzing, and reporting customers’ quality audit data and inspection data from the Glovis system to evaluate whether port operations are being carried out successfully in compliance with customer quality requirements. The role will also provide data to support management in establishing and making decisions on new quality procedures & policies. In addition, the successful candidate will manage the current port quality systems, including model mapping, editing and updating inspection sheets, and will maintain ongoing data related to internal damages occurring at the ports, reporting findings to management on a regular basis. The position will also involve visiting ports as needed to conduct labor time study, load line audit and capability audit to evaluate and report on port quality KPI.

Responsibilities

Quality KPI Management & Reporting

Daily Sea - Port FTTQ Report

Analyze and report daily defect counts for vehicles inspected by the port, and send the KPI to the port

Establishment of a database

Manage customers' monthly quality audit data and quality information from the Glovis system to evaluate quality KPIs for each port

Monthly Club Elite Quality KPI

Evaluate customers' monthly quality KPI on a monthly basis and report the results to the Corporate Planning Team

Dealer PDI Concerns Support

Monitor dealer PDI concerns received from customers, work with the port to identify root causes and corrective actions, and report the results to the customer

(G/HMA/KUS) Quality System Management

Support proper operation of the inspection system by managing new model mapping in GPQMS, VIN decoding, and PMP/PIO mapping

Inspection Sheets update

Providing new PDI, PMP, and QC inspection sheets for customer's new models

Weekly PMP Completion KPI

Monitor weekly completion results and analyze to maintain customer requirement KPI

Customer IQS Program support

Manage customers' matrix and support applying them to the inspection system

Daily Quality Alert

Issue alert reports to customers and ports for repeatedly occurring inspection quality issues

Internal Damage Management

Actively monitor internal damage units to prevent excessive aging hold

3PL Process Support

Manage Red Folder / AP & AR process after 3PL completion

Preparing Daily Port Campaign Report

Create and send Daily Port Campaign Report using SAP to support wholesale targets achievement planning

Port Processor Environment Management

Maintain quality-related personnel, training, and equipment data on an ongoing basis

Labor Time Study

Evaluate labor time related to inspection & installation and ensure it's reflected in the system

G/H/KMA new PDI & PMP Port Bulletins

Manage customer - issued Port Bulletins and distribute them to ports for implementation

Port Load Line Audit

Evaluate (KPI) and improve inspection procedures according to customer requirements

Other duties as assigned

Compensation Range
$58,000 - $63,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
