If you’re a pro at juggling phone calls while keeping projects moving behind the scenes, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the Face (and Voice): Manage incoming calls and greet customers with a smile.
Project Power-Up: Call customers to confirm installation dates and keep our schedule tight.
HOA Hero: Take the lead on securing the necessary HOA approvals so our installs can stay on track.
Account Support: Help our clients navigate their account info and provide quick, helpful answers.
Keep it Running: Handle the day‑to‑day office basics that keep us organized.

Work hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
Education: Associate
Key Responsibilities
Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls; screen and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries regarding their account information, billing, or general service questions.
Project Coordination: Perform outbound confirmation calls to clients to verify upcoming installation project dates and details.
HOA Liaison: Proactively assist the project team by gathering, submitting, and tracking HOA (Homeowners Association) approvals required for installation projects.
General Administration: Maintain a clean and organized front office space and handle basic clerical duties including filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in an office administration or receptionist role is preferred.
Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills; comfort speaking with both customers and HOA boards.
Organization: Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general comfort learning new project management software.
Working in a smoke‑free environment.
Front Desk: Minimum 2 years of experience.
Microsoft Excel: Minimum 1 year of experience.
Processing work orders: Minimum 1 year of experience.
Administrative Duties: Minimum 2 years of experience.
Customer Service: Minimum 4 years of experience.
Reliability: Minimum 3 years of experience.
Commitment: Minimum 4 years of experience.
Assisting customers: Minimum 3 years of experience.
Multi‑tasking: Minimum 3 years of experience.
Blue collar industry experience.
Front Desk Coordination: Minimum 1 year of experience.
Enter work orders: Minimum 2 years of experience.
Processing Purchase Orders: Minimum 2 years of experience (preferred).
Scheduling Appointments: Minimum 3 years of experience.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD'D, and life insurance offerings, short‑term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
