is seeking a
Dietitian Nutritionist
for
Naples Community Health Care System
located in beautiful, sunny South West Florida. This Dietitian will provide medical nutrition therapy to inpatients primarily in the med/surgical and oncology units. The position is located at the NCH Baker Hospital Downtown. RDs, as well as experienced RDs are encouraged to apply! Both fulltime and part time hours available!
This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus!!
Health Benefits start on Day 1
3 weeks’ vacation and three personal days

Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal
Money toward continuing education events
Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually
What You'll Do
provide nutritional care for a variety of adult inpatient units;
work in the weekend rotation providing hospital wide coverage as needed;
perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays;
educate healthcare team member, including physicians and nurses; and/or
assist with Food Service Management as needed.

Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in FL or RDE status;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Good time management skills be a self-starter and a team player;

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire. Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire.
