Intermediate Cook - Garde Manger (Seasonal)
As an intermediate cook you play a key role in the kitchen, contributing to the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes.
Responsibilities

Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
Assists cook in preparing, seasoning and garnishing all foods in assigned area in accordance with established procedures.
Performs any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

One year work experience in a similar environment
Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Training in food preparation required
Posted Salary Range
USD $22.50 - USD $22.50 /Hr.
Tipped Position
