Summary
Performs basic and routine facilities and equipment maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards. Works at the direction of the office manager and or production equipment manager.
Responsibilities
Following standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, special test equipment and waste management systems.
Facilitates subcontract maintenance activities when scope is beyond capable repair.
Assists with miscellaneous facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving/assembly of furniture or materials within the facility.
Works with or assists trades contractors to complete projects or complex repairs.
Performs preventative maintenance and maintains electronic PM system including task addition, modification and execution.
Non facilities tasks, to include assembly of production support needs, workstations, noncritical ground support equipment, office arrangement support.
Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
Drive company vehicle for required supply runs or product courier as delegated.
Assumes all other responsibilities as assigned.
Ideal Experience
High School Diploma
2+ years experience with additional specialized training and/or certification
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities.
Ability to operate scissor lift and forklift and maintain certification.
Clean driving record with no major infractions or accidents
Valid Drivers License

Able to problem solve and communicate across all levels of the organization.
Honest, trustworthy, reliable, respectful
Good organization and time management skills
First Aid and CPR training preferred

$25.00 - $34.00
