Lending Support Specialist
Join Our Team as a Lending Support Specialist!
Are you detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering excellent service? As a Lending Support Specialist, you'll support the Credit Bureau Reporting, Indirect Auto Lending, and Consumer Lending teams by assisting with credit bureau reporting, dispute resolution, dealer onboarding, and daily lending operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple lending functions, opportunities to build subject matter expertise, and the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting internal partners and external auto dealers in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Support daily credit bureau reporting activities, including corrections, eOSCAR disputes, and maintaining thorough documentation.
Review, scan, and document receipt of auto loan contracts in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
Prepare and distribute daily and monthly loan notices in compliance with regulations.
Manage dealer setup and onboarding, including maintaining accurate online banking access for auto dealerships.
Utilize the CRM system to manage dealer communication and document delivery.
Follow up on held auto loan contracts and assist with funding efficiency.
Provide support to inbound and outbound lending teams with follow-ups, loan closings, and loan or credit card maintenance as needed.
Maintain strict controls over sensitive documentation and provide exceptional member and dealer service with professionalism.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
13 years of similar or related experience
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills preferred)
