Healthcare Attorney (Boston)

Our client is a large, global law firm, and they are seeking candidates for an associate position with 3-5 years of healthcare regulatory experience. This position is in the FDA and Healthcare Regulatory Practice. This is an off-track role reporting to senior attorneys and partners serving innovative healthcare, health tech and digital health stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on healthcare regulatory and transactional experience. This role is based in Boston.
Candidates should have three to five years of legal experience at a law firm, regulatory agency, company, and/or similar entity handling healthcare regulatory matters. Experience reviewing and analyzing state statutes and regulations is needed, and
general knowledge of HIPAA and FDA is helpful.
