Join our dynamic team as an Outpatient Pharmacy Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. Working under the direct supervision of pharmacists and alongside other skilled technicians, you'll be responsible for a diverse range of tasks aimed at supporting medication preparation, packaging, distribution, and inventory management.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalency
Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire
Must become certified through an approved certification board (PTCB or NHA) within 2 years of hire
6 months experience preferred but not required
Shift And Schedule
Limited: 29 hours per week
Rotating 8‑hour shifts between 7:30am‑8pm
Rotating Weekends
Salary Range
Minimum $18.09/hour – Maximum $29.87/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
