HR Analyst
Remote – any location in the United States

Temporary-to-Hire with minimum 520 hours required. Start date: ASAP. Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑17:00 or 7:00‑16:00 approximately.

Summary
The HR Analyst provides first‑level support to the Human Resources Central Team, handling a variety of HR inquiries and programs. Responsibilities include responding to payroll, policy, and procedural questions, managing onboarding and off‑boarding, conducting virtual new‑hire orientation, producing HR statistics, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.

Responsibilities

Answer general inquiries about HR, payroll, policies, and procedures via Salesforce, phone, email, and chat.

Handle one to three HR programs such as onboarding, off‑boarding, unemployment claims, and other support platforms.

Create high‑quality employee experiences through customer service.

Resolve issues efficiently using investigation and research.

Conduct virtual new‑hire orientation.

Produce ad‑hoc HR statistics and reporting.

Explain HR content to employees in North America clearly and timely.

Document all interactions in Salesforce case management.

Triage, escalade, and collaborate with managers on complex inquiries.

Meet established Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

Provide backup support to other HR Central team members.

Contribute to knowledge‑management tools and maintain consistent information for customers and peers.

Qualifications & Skills

Ability to apply fundamental HR principles, company policies, and practices.

Working knowledge of HR principles in California (preferred).

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential HR information both verbally and in writing.

Experience improving HR processes and workflows.

Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy and consistency.

Proficiency with HR technologies and related software.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent (preferred).

Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience if holding a bachelor’s degree.
