Portico is a discreet nine-building community in North Scottsdale. Portico is a collection of 112 luxury condominium residences located in North Scottsdale. Designed by the award‑winning, international architecture firm KTGY, this private gated community offers thoughtfully designed homes with the McDowell Mountains serving as nature’s serene background. With its clubhouse, outdoor pool, and state-of-the-art fitness center, Portico presents a lifestyle that is active and richly satisfying. Portico is located within the One Scottsdale masterplan development which upon completion is anticipated to include over 2.8 million square feet of retail, residential, hotel and office uses. Role Summary
The Onsite Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance of building and grounds at a HOA residential community, under direction of the General Manager. These daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to facility cleaning, minor maintenance and repairs on facilities, structures, equipment, sidewalks, drainage and skilled and semi-skilled disciplines, e.g., plumbing, masonry, carpentry, flooring, irrigation, and electrical.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and routine maintenance.
Ensure completion of work orders using work order system.
General maintenance, janitorial and grounds work throughout the building.
Periodic inspections of grounds, common‑area buildings and structures.
Advise supervisor of needed repairs, improvements and safety issues.
Understanding of Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Gutters, Locks, Plumbing and Painting.
