Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing corporation in Scottsdale, AZ that is looking for a Full-Time Onsite Monday through Friday Administrative Assistant. Pay range is $22.00-$24.00 per hour depending on prior experience. The administrative assistant is responsible for the office operations, supporting internal departments daily.
Key Responsibilities

Manage office operations including mail distribution, package handling, and visitor log in.
Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate department
Take meeting minutes
Inventory and stock of office supplies.
Mail distribution of incoming and outgoing.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Maintain office org charts
Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires and provide general office support.
Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required
2+ year of recent work experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
