Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience
Process payments and handle cash transactions using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes
Basic sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
