
Restaurant Cook - Part Time

Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for performing basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying and broiling. They will work multiple stations and may be required to supervise kitchen staff in the supervisor's absence.
Qualifications
At least two years of previous line and fine dining experience.
Three years of previous line experience preferred.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
Good communication skills.
Capable of working under moderate supervision and training.
