Distribution Administrator - Logistics (Enid Distribution Center)

Summary
This position is responsible for day‑to‑day clerical responsibilities of a Tyson‑owned Distribution Center Inventory department. Specific duties include answering all questions and issues for all inbound and outbound loads, overseeing freezer audits, directing the day‑to‑day tasks of shift researchers, managing outbound and inbound in‑transit issues, preparing daily and weekly reports for the Inventory Manager, backing up weekly WMS reports, reconciling lost inventory, tracking export product arrivals and in‑transit products, tracking and reporting freezer service charges, coordinating pallets for deliveries requiring heat‑treated and CHEP pallets, coordinating with sales and production plants on inbound products and hold status, communicating with USDA on inspection needs, preparing export certificates, inspecting product with USDA inspectors for compliance, tracking supplies for stamps and stickers, monitoring daily product movement through SAP, relaying export info to lift operators, and generating letters, spreadsheets, and queries.
Shift Schedule
1st Shift (Monday‑Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Inventory experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with a preference for Tyson Computer Systems and understanding of these features.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, focused communication style.
Special Skills: Proficient with data entry.
Travel: None.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
