About This Role
Join CHPC as a Helpdesk Support Specialist and be the first point of contact for our clients' technology needs. You'll resolve issues remotely and elevate complex problems to our field technicians.

Responsibilities

Answer helpdesk calls, emails, and tickets promptly

Diagnose and resolve software and network issues remotely

Set up and configure user accounts and devices

Assist with Microsoft 365 administration

Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians

Document all support interactions in the ticketing system

Requirements

1+ year helpdesk or IT support experience

CompTIA A+ or equivalent knowledge

Excellent phone and written communication skills

Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, etc.)

Experience with Windows environments and Office 365

Customer-service oriented mindset
