What you will do:
Johnson Controls invites you to apply for an internship located in Glendale, WI. This internship is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives. Specific identified internship responsibilities are outlined below.
How you will do it:

Gathering and analyzing data for the solution design

Interpreting gathered data into RTM. Help in completing all the documentation for the projects

Submitting reports to the relevant department heads and management

Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data

Helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs

Establishing new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization

Formulating procedural artifacts like Test scripts, Training docs, Cut over steps and deployment plans. Closely work Project manager and other stake holders.

Demonstrate superior project management skills to develop detailed task-level plans towards timely completion of project milestones.

Coordinate user training and acceptance criteria with the business leads (project managers, leads and / or change agents).

Work directly with the IT and PMO department to plan and manage application upgrades, user-testing, issue resolution and subsequent release to production, while closely aligned with Corporate Change Management processes.

Liaise between the Business Units Teams and the IT organization; Foster and maintain good relationships with key internal customers.

Duration:

This will be a full-time summer 2026 internship – May to August 2026
What we look for

Required Qualifications:

Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university

Pursuing a degree in Business – Sophomore or Junior standing

Hours/week requirement - 40

U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred

Demonstrated problem solving skills required

HIRING HOURLY RANGE

$19.00 - $22.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
