Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. The role begins on 05/04/2026 and includes 36 hours per week with 12‑hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians to develop patient treatment plans.
Examine patients with breathing and/or cardiopulmonary disorders.
Perform diagnostic tests such as measuring lung capacity or collecting blood/sputum samples.
Administer treatments via chest physiotherapy, aerosol medications, etc.
Set up and monitor equipment to ensure correct oxygen delivery.
Observe and record patient status and progress.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient care.
Educate patients and/or family members on medication and equipment use.
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of RRT practice.
Required Qualifications
One year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC.
Valid respiratory therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS or PALS certification (AHA/ARC).
Additional certifications and licenses may be required.

Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions, with PC proficiency.

Technical/motor skills for fine manipulation, assisting with procedures, and using departmental equipment.
Mental capacity to cope with frequent public contact, meet deadlines under pressure, work independently, and handle irregular activity schedules.
