Job Opportunity: Civil Litigation Attorney (3-5 Years Experience)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Experience Level: 0–5 Years
License Requirement: Active Member of the State Bar of Arizona
Juris Doctor (JD): From an ABA‑accredited law school.
We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Civil Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has transitioned past the "learning the ropes" phase and is ready to take primary responsibility for a diverse caseload. You will be deeply involved in all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Motion Practice: Researching and drafting complex substantive motions, including Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and discovery‑related applications.
Case Management: Managing a busy civil litigation docket, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients are consistently updated.
Discovery: Overseeing the full discovery process, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and conducting/defending depositions.
Court Appearances: Representing clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations and trials throughout Arizona.
Skills: Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills are non‑negotiable. You should be comfortable navigating the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.
