The Consumer Communications Sr. Manger role is responsible for creating, developing, managing, and executing communications strategies across earned media, influencer, and organized social media across a brand portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of cross functional communication to effectively engage our target audience, enhance brand reputation, and drive consumer awareness and engagement. The Consumer Communications Sr. Manager is deeply collaborative, has an entrepreneurial spirit, executes with excellence and actively participates in growing team culture.
Accoutabilities
Lead always‑on social, influencer programs, and earned media to bring the brand to life and remain culturally relevant
Plan and execute campaigns end‑to‑end, from briefing through launch
Develop White Claw influencer strategy and execution, including growing and developing a strong network of influencer relationships
Manage creators and agencies, including influencer scoping, contracts, and partner oversight
Track performance and optimize platform algorithms, engagement, and audience growth
Oversee community management and consumer care standards, ensuring on‑brand responses and reporting

Qualifications, Education, & Experience
Bachelor's Degree & minimum of 7 years of relevant Communications experience, preferably within Alc/Bev or CPG
Experience working in a fast‑moving, explosive‑growth global brand

Strong leadership skills and ability to take full ownership of program workstreams from start to finish
Collaborative team player who works effectively across various business stakeholders
Compensation
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
