Press Brake Operator

Responsibilities
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to blueprints and specifications
Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet required standards
Assemble fabricated parts using hand tools and other equipment as necessary
Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
Select appropriate tooling for each job and make adjustments as needed
Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and finished products
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and processes
Familiarity with various hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
