Responsibilities
Provide speech therapy evaluation and treatment for pediatric patients to older adults based on diagnosed conditions.
Communicate patient progress, problems, and scheduling with supervisors, physicians, and families.
Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
Assist with scheduling and billing (post charges) daily to patient records.
Handle responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, compliance agreements, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Qualifications
Graduate of a master’s level Speech Language Pathology program accredited by an Education Standards Board or meeting ASHA certification requirements.
Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
At least 2 years of SLP experience.
Independent decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
Compassionate and sensitive, with critical thinking and rapid response to emergencies.
