What You Will Do
Lead a diverse and sophisticated caseload: complex divorces and child custody disputes, international family law matters including child abduction cases, cases involving domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health dynamics, financially intricate cases
Represent clients in court (motions, hearings, trials), mediations and arbitrations
Conduct discovery including depositions
Develop strong legal strategies and written work product
Build trusted relationships with clients in highly sensitive situations
What You Bring
Minimum 2+ years of Washington family law experience
Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
Excellent writing, research, and case management abilities
Ability to connect with clients across diverse cultural backgrounds
Emotional intelligence and professional maturity
Flexibility to work across international time zones when needed
Desire to contribute to firm growth, visibility, and leadership
