Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Order Management & Shipping Coordinator to support end-to-end order processing, production coordination, and shipping operations.

This role serves as a key liaison between Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner

Allocate and process customer orders accurately in the A2000 system

Collaborate with Production teams in Asia to ensure timely delivery of products

Update and maintain stock and sold inventory records

Input production shipment data into the system upon receipt of invoices, ensuring accuracy of all information

Follow up with Production teams regarding TOP sample submission schedules to customers

Coordinate with warehouse teams for pick and pack operations

Route customer orders and prepare shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and related export documents for key accounts (Burlington, Bealls, Macy’s, Boscov, Marine, TK, Cracker Barrel, TJ Maxx)

Follow up with Shipping team/carriers for pick-up and delivery schedules

Generate invoices and send documentation via email and/or EDI to customers

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, shipping, or operations coordination

Experience with ERP systems (A2000 experience is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience with EDI and wholesale retail accounts is a plus
