Short-Term Contract Social Media & Marketing Specialist – Phoenix (In-Office Required)

LifeRise Solutions is a Prop Tech company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We’re preparing for exciting product launches and need an energetic marketing professional to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly drive visibility, engagement, and growth.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Professional to handle end-to-end social media management, content strategy, event documentation, and supporting creative assets (flyers, graphics, etc.). You will be the key driver of our online presence while also being on the ground at launch events. This is a contract position (3 months) ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to see immediate impact.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute a consistent content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and launch calendar
- Post consistently across platforms with engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
- Attend launch events and in-person activations to document (photos, videos, stories, behind-the-scenes content) in real time
- Create promotional materials such as flyers, digital graphics, event recaps, and simple video edits
- Track performance metrics and provide simple reports on what’s working
- Collaborate closely with the founder/CEO and team during office hours and events
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation (agency, brand, or freelance)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating consistent posting, content strategy, and event coverage
- Proficiency with Canva (or similar) for quick flyer and graphic creation
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video and photos on a smartphone or basic equipment
- Excellent written communication skills and a creative eye for trending content
- Reliable transportation and availability to attend evening/weekend launch events in the Phoenix metro area
- Phoenix-area resident who is comfortable coming into our office for team meetings and collaboration (hybrid not available for this contract)
- Self-starter who can work independently but enjoys being part of a small, tight-knit team
Contract Details
- Short-term contract (3 month)
- $3000 fixed rate contract
- Part-time or full-time hours depending on launch schedule (10–30 hours/week)
- In-office presence required for key meetings and event prep
- Competitive hourly or project-based rate (we have a realistic budget for high-quality work – rate will be discussed based on experience)
