Responsibilities
Sell human resources technology to companies with 50–999 employees, managing a geographic territory and cultivating new business opportunities.
Lead full sales cycles, forecast pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams from prospect to implementation.
Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision‑makers, positioning ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services).
Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador, upholding the highest ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
Positive self‑starter with strong time‑management, cold‑calling ability, and clear communication skills.

Required Experience
Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience.
Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
Military experience – recognized for discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
