Description

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Sourcer to help us grow our world‑class team in the US.

Your primary focus will be on operations roles with an emphasis on high volume pipelines.

You should bring a level of critical thinking, grit and polish while embodying our fun, collaborative culture.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help scale.

Requirements

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs.

Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage diverse talent pools, ensuring broad representation of candidates across various backgrounds and experiences.

Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research.

Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.

Develop and report on a sourcing strategy with deliverables and timelines, grounded in market research.

Experience

+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Sourcing, preferably on the high volume operations side.

Demonstrated recruiting/sourcing experience for a high‑performing agency, tech, or automotive industry.

Strong track record of meeting and exceeding expectations and goals.

Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity.

Experience with multiple sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ, Greenhouse, etc).
