Your Impact
Product & Fragrance Development

Partner with manager on the development of product and fragrances; help brainstorm new ideas

Distribute samples to team and brand for evaluation

Manage, organize and maintain the product closets and libraries

Responsible for following up with vendors

Manage the execution and processing of systems workflow

Assist and support set-up for evaluation meetings and presentations

Provide sampling support for consumer testing

Join teams to support on-site development (i.e. contract fillers, fragrance houses)

Track base & fragrance submissions; participate with team in submission evaluation

Responsible for maintenance and updates of status sheets / trackers for assigned programs to ensure projects are tracking on time to meet deadlines.

Learn fundamentals of product and fragrance development

Research market trends for fragrance and pattern for innovative forms

Category & Market Expertise (Including: Internal, External, Libraries, Other)

Data entry and maintenance of competitive information, inclusive of databases, library, and reporting

Purchase competitive products as directed

Develop exposure and awareness to brand and relevant competitive store environments

Data Management/Reporting

Update reports and systems accurately

Gain exposure to the fragrance house and vendor brief process

Begin to build understanding of end-to-end workflow process and development milestones

Cross Functional Support/Relationship Building

Build cross functional relationships with internal and external partners

Initiate and maintain professional relationships with external vendors

Talent Management/Development

Identify continuous learning opportunities for own development

Introduction to product and fragrance functional fundamentals, including vocabulary

Minimum Salary:

$68,200.00

Maximum Salary:

$89,460.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

1-2 years related experience

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Proficiency with MS Office

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
