We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role owns both day-to-day marketing operations and contributes to shaping brand direction, campaigns, and market positioning.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand presence, and strong execution across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Lead the marketing function, coordinating design, web, and campaign execution
- Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage advertising and promotional campaigns (digital, print, email, direct mail)
- Track and analyze marketing performance and provide insights to optimize results
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity to inform strategy
- Support product and sales initiatives through targeted marketing efforts
- Oversee creation of marketing materials including newsletters, ads, articles, and promotional content
- Prepare marketing reports and present findings to leadership
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and events
- Coordinate trade shows, including booth design and execution
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Strong written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills
- Experience creating marketing content and copy across channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
