About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Member and Market Engagement to play a pivotal role in advancing the brand, deepening member engagement, and accelerating market growth. This strategic enterprise leader will be responsible for developing and executing member engagement and communications strategies, aligning marketing priorities with organizational growth objectives, and leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure coordinated execution. The SVP will also oversee member communications, campaigns, and engagement initiatives to strengthen member awareness, drive the adoption of benefits, products, and services, and increase loyalty across the member lifecycle. A key aspect of the role is the development and leadership of the market engagement strategy, as well as the integration and optimization of member insight tools and systems to enhance the member experience and business performance.
Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and member/customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing enterprise member or customer engagement strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing senior leaders to achieve business objectives. Technical skills should include a deep understanding of credit union philosophy, consumer psychology, digital marketing, UX/UI, and data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to foster innovation. Experience in digital transformation and omnichannel engagement is also essential.
