Four in 10 marketers worldwide integrate social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook into their email marketing campaigns, reveals a new study.
In their Email Marketing Benchmark Summary Report, Ascend2 discovered that landing pages were the most popular tool used in email programs by marketers, with 61 percent of respondents favouring this strategy. Social media finished second, ahead of events, blogs and direct mail.
