How GOLD SERVICE Works

At 42 of the world's major airports, members take a courtesy bus to Hertz's exclusive, weather protected canopied area, where your name will be displayed in lights on a computerized sign.

The sign displaying your name will direct you to your pre-selected car, which will be waiting with the trunk open and the rental agreement hanging from the rearview mirror.

A quick identification check at the exit gate and you're on the road -- literally minutes after arriving at the Hertz facility. No lines, no stopping at any counters, and no rental agreement to sign.
