Magazine Subscription Refund

Thank you for purchasing an AvantGuild membership. Your membership purchase includes a single one-year subscription to Wired, New York, W magazine or The Atlantic, each a $10 value. If you do not want a one-year magazine subscription and would like a refund for the $10 value, please print and fill out this form and include a receipt of your transaction. Requests for refunds must be received within 30 days of your (new or renewal) membership to AvantGuild.
