TIME Magazine Clotheslines Kris Humphries

It’s that time of year when the weekly news magazines go haywire with Top Ten lists. Over at the healthier TIME end of the publishing spectrum, there are a whopping 54 compilations to choose from.

For FishbowlLA’s money, nothing says “2011” quite like the category of “Top 10 Fleeting Celebrities.” And in a cruel, ironic twist (or as a reflection of good work by the Kardashian publicists), it is not Khloe, Kim or Khourtney who tops this particular Megan Gibson rundown, but rather an innocent NBA bystander:

Short as it was, we’re guessing that the [Kim Kardashian] marriage lasted longer than our memory of Humphries will.

Ouch. In achieving this highly debatable top spot, Humphries beat out golden-voiced and once homeless Ted Williams, YouTube sensation Rebecca Black, runaway Playboy bride Crystal Harris and one half of Charlie Sheen‘s erstwhile porn goddesses.
