The U.S. Postal Service intends to cut first-class delivery on Saturdays, reports CBS. "That means most mailers, letters and catalogs would not arrive on Saturdays."

Twitter introduced Vine last week, a way to quickly shoot, save and share six-second videos with your friends on Twitter. Washington Post Book World fiction editor Ron Charles used Vine to create six-second book reviews, by far my favorite use of Twitter's new tool.

Time Inc.'s move to lay off about 6 percent of its workforce will cost the company at least $60 million in restructuring charges this year.
