U.S. Distrust In Media Hits Record High (HuffPost)
A new Gallup poll released on Friday found that U.S. distrust in the media hit a record high. The results were consistent with years past, as distrust in the media typically increases during election years from the year before.

Maxim Cuts Circulation 20 percent (Ad Age)
Maxim magazine is cutting the paid circulation it guarantees advertisers from 2.5 million to 2 million next year, a 20 percent drop, and reducing its publishing frequency to 10 issues next year from 11 this year. Last year Maxim published 12 issues.

According to the Financial Times, Rupert Murdoch's son James Murdoch is eyeing a new role at the company, one which would include oversight of News Corp.'s U.S. TV businesses.
