ABC News Partners with Yahoo!

Diane Sawyer, Barbara Walters, David Muir, Katie Couric, Chris Cuomo, Terry Moran, Bill Weir, Cynthia McFadden and more ABC News anchors and managers joined Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos at “Good Morning America’s” Times Square studios at 8:30amET to announce a new partnership with Yahoo! ABC News is joining forces with Yahoo! It’s a brand new partnership that is instantly going to be the #1 news source online, reaching 100 million people. We believe this is the future of news.
As of this morning, “Good Morning America” is already part of Yahoo.com. Following GMA, Stephanopoulos is heading to Washington DC to interview President Obama, which will stream on Yahoo.com. Following the GMA announcement, ABC News president Ben Sherwood and Yahoo EVP Ross Levinsohn will hold a news conference. Mediabistro is covering it. We’ll have more later.
