Man Jumps Over Barricade at ‘Today’

An odd moment this morning on NBC’s “Today”: A man jumped over the barricade separating the anchors and crew from the crowd in Rockefeller Plaza, shouting something to the effect of “I am God’s gift to music!” before being tackled by NBC security and the NYPD.

Or as Meredith Vieira said:

“We are very lucky that we have great security here…”
