The three broadcast networks will break into regular programming at 2 PM ET to cover President Obama’s statement on the death of Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi.
On NBC, Brian Williams will anchor, joined by Richard Engel in New York and Adrienne Mong in Libya. On ABC, George Stephanopoulos will anchor, joined by Christiane Amanpour–who interviewed Gadhafi in February–as well as Jake Tapper in Washington. CBS will have Bob Schieffer anchoring, with Norah O’Donnell reporting from the White House and David Martin at the Pentagon.
As usual, the cable channels will all cover the statement.
