Position Overview
As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Warrenton, MO. PNC fosters an inclusive workplace culture where employees feel respected and valued.

Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being.
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to increase client loyalty.
Present PNC solutions to all client interactions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources to create a differentiated customer experience.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively and uphold risk management through adherence to all policies and procedures.
Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
Qualifications Required:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience with product knowledge.
3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing banking role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage risk and adhere to policies.
