Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email
Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about properties, services, and processes
Schedule appointments for clients to view properties
Maintain and update client databases and records
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service process
Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to clients
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
