We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with information and assistance related to their real estate needs. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner Provide information about our services and assist clients with their real estate needs Schedule appointments for clients to view properties and follow up on appointments Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to company policies and procedures Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or real estate education preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus Why Work for Us
